By attending Mise En Place’s Path to Productivity Workshop, certified GO System Trainer, Ann Michael will guide you as you create your path to productivity. You will walk away with a sustainable system and process to handle:

  • The flow of information – paper, voice mail, e-mail, etc.
  • Your priorities – identify your top ones every day and work them.
  • Time rationally – since managing it is impossible!
  • Project management issues – effective delegation and follow-up.
  • Personal attributes – how to use your strengths and those of your team to maximize the impact on the bottom line.
  • Hidden undertows - dealing with self-defeating and dysfunctional behavior that can undermine your efforts.

Additionally, Ann Michael Henry, the Workshop instructor and founder of Mise En Place, will introduce you to specific tools to help you effectively manage e-mail, paper and electronic data. By the end of the Workshop, you will know how to prioritize your work load in 60 seconds or less, accommodate unexpected events or opportunities in your day and effectively meet your goals.
